Gwyneth Paltrow bares it in itty-bitty bikinis

Despite often being criticized for her strict diet and rigorous exercise regime, Gwyneth Paltrow knows hard work really does pay off.

Currently holidaying on her godfather Steven Spielberg’s yacht with her brother, Jake, 35, and two kids Apple, 7, and Moses, 5, the Oscar-winning actress proudly flaunted her fabulous bikini body in a series of itty-bitty bikinis while on holiday in the Mediterranean on July 8.

The 38-year-old has not always been ready to bare it all in a barely-there bikini, however. “I was bony on top and kind of dumpy on the bottom” the actress told Shape magazine in April.

Her secret? Fitness guru Tracy Anderson. “I saw a shot of myself in Barbados and was, like, all my hard work paid off,” she shared at the time. “I feel better than ever.”

Paltrow, who credits Anderson's fitness method for helping transform her legs, butt, arms, and stomach, also says staying in shape has given her a better perspective about her life.

“I’m 38, I have two kids, and I feel good,” Paltrow said.
